The AOP Form is designed for non-emergency requests that support a student's education. The following includes some of the eligible items for this:

• Textbooks* and Course Packs

• Long-Term Laptop Loans

• Study Books

• Prep Courses

• Course-related fees not covered by financial aid

• Parking and Transportation Costs for Interviews, Externships, and more

• Expenses associated with commencement 

*Additional documents have to be submitted when student request help with textbooks, procedures can be found here.

It is important to note that AOP does not support the following:

• Tuition Costs

• Reimbursements through mobile payment services

Emergency requests are defined as needs that require urgent and immediate action. In these situations, the student is considered to be actively in crisis and needs same-day resolution. Request criteria includes:

• Rent costs to prevent eviction

• Funding for co-pays associated with emergency surgery
